Risan

Risan is one of the most beautiful towns in Boka-Kotor harbor. Climate here is subtropical, the softest in Montenegro. Unique for being both marine and mountain, the air in the harbor is truly ambrosial and salubrious, bearing scents of blooming flowers and essential oils of conifers.

Risan has a nearest location to a ski resort in the course of building. The infrastructure is developing in high gear: roads, yacht clubs and trading centers are being built. In the town itself there is the “Teuta” hotel, which serves as a winter training base for the Russian national canoeing team, tennis courts, city hospital, cafes, restaurants, a post office, shops and a famous market on an old city plaza.
