Apartments in the complex of eight buildings in Risan will be decorated according to four main styles of indoor finishing, including the color blending of finishing materials and sets of installed bathroom, lavatory and electrical equipment.

Only premium quality finishing materials from the leading European manufacturers are used.

Premises will be finished with the ceramic tiles and decoration elements produced in Italy by "Edilgres-Sirio Industrie Fincuoghi S.p.A." and blended according to one of the four main color palettes:

• First palette - internal finishing based on "India Pradesh" ceramic tiles color gamma.
• Second palette - internal finishing based on "India Rajasthan" ceramic tiles color gamma.
• Third palette - internal finishing based on "India Bihar" ceramic tiles color gamma.
• Fourth palette - internal finishing based on "India Deccan" ceramic tiles color gamma.

Windows

It is planned to use the top-quality combined wood and aluminum "Evolution", "Genio" and "Hi-Tech" types of window frames from "Sciuker", Italy.

Window frames' colors will match internal finishing palettes.
